ACCESSIBLE TOURISM

Yesterday, we showed that an accessible tourism is possible.
We strongly believe that sustainable tourism is a great opportunity to opening spaces for integration, for cross-cultural meeting and understanding diversity.
A group of 25 handicapped children from Teleton Foundation came to Farellones to enjoy a day playing with the snow. They were guided by young volunteers and members of Youth House. I will not forget their joyness when they started fighting throwing snow-balls and slided downhill.

Thank you very much, my friends. This was just the first pace to put accessible tourism in our agenda. Next year, we hope to develop the first accessible trekking route in Yerba Loca sanctuary. I can imagine all these children playing inside the river with their wheel chairs.
